For the second year in a row, the WWHSHL will raise money For Her Heart's Sake - an awareness, research and cardiac care program sponsored by The Vic Foundation to #fightHERkiller: Women's heart disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in women, killing 1 in 3 every year, resulting in more deaths than all cancers combined. It effects the young and the old, all cultural backgrounds. 80% is preventable. Awareness and action are key. As a female League, we are proud to join the fight and support this important cause.
