CTV Division A: Congratulations to FRC Centurions’ smooth skating defence Andrea Bruce who played like Drew Doughty with her consistency, her ability to see and read the whole ice service and make outstanding plays as she helped her team to defeat the SMA Flames, scoring the insurance marker in game 1 and an assist in game 2.
Winnipeg Free Press Division B:Congratulations to Selkirk Royals outstanding forward Natalie Bennett who back boned her team to the series win over the spunky Miles Mac Buckeyes. Natalie scored the opening goal in a very tight 3-2 shoot out win. The Buckeyes stormed back in game 2 winning 4-1 but Natalie was unstoppable in game 3, scoring two goals in a thrilling 5-4 victory.

CTV Division A: Congratulations to Oak Park Raiders’ fiery Cara DiMarco for her relentless fore-checking, consistency and willingness to battle for the puck during their series against the VMC Trojans this week. Cara had an assist in game one, and then 2 days later scored a hat-trick in the third and final game helping her team defeat the Trojans 4-1 and advancing to the next playoff round.
Winnipeg Free Press Division B: Congratulations to Selkirk Royals’ power forward Rochelle Ryder for scoring a goal in game one of their series against the Sanford Sabres. Two days later, Rochelle really caught fire, dominating the offense potting 4 goals and adding assist to defeat the Sabres by a score of 7-3, and helping her team to advance to the next playoff round.

CTV Division A: Congratulations to CJS Olympiens’ Ryann Bannerman who played a huge role in her team’s series victory over the River East Kodiaks. Ryann’s standout performance in game one saw her stop 18 of 20 shots for a narrow 3-2 victory over the Kodiaks, followed by a shut out in game two, where she stopped all 32 shots that came her way.
Winnipeg Free Press Division B:Congratulations to Beliveau Barracudas’ Shayna Laramee whose star performance helped secure her team’s 2-1 series victory over the Shaftesbury Titans. The star forward scored one goal in game one, a 2-1 loss; another goal in game two, a 2-1 victory; followed by two additional goals and an assist in game three, a 4-2 victory over the Titans.

CTV Division A: Congratulations to Oak Park Raiders’ fleet footed forward # 11 Jessica Thomas who helped her team secure a 4-1 victory over the Kelvin Clippers, and then 3 days later scored a crucial goal midway through the third period to break a 2-2 tie against the Louis Riel Voyageurs eventually winning 5-3.
Winnipeg Free Press Division B: Congratulations to Lorette Scorpions’ goalie Hannah Dornian who played absolutely phenomenal in her team’s victory over the top ranked Westwood Warriors. She made key saves at key times to help lead her team to a 1-0 victory.

Winnipeg Free Press Division B: It’s not often that a player from the losing team is selected as the Player of the Week, but the Shaftesbury Titans’ Sara Cusack was absolutely sensational in net despite their 3-0 loss to the powerful Westwood Warriors. Sarah stopped 70 of 73 shots that came her way. A remarkable performance.
