Congrats to our Players of the Week ending Dec 13!

Dec. 16, 2019

CTV Division 1: Sidney Eisbrenner, Sanford Sabres, Forward # 14

It is sometimes said that good things come in small packages, and that is the case with Sidney who worked hard to help her teammates secure two very close wins this week.  On Tuesday, Sidney assisted the lone goal in the Sabres 1-0 win over the Selkirk Royals, and then two days later, she earned another assist in their 5-4 win over the Kelvin Clippers.  Sidney was a constant threat, creating chances for herself and her teammates. Congratulations Sidney!

WFP Division 2: Natasha Rosset, PCI Saints, Forward #14

How do spell star: N-a-t-a-s-h-a. Thursday against the SJR Eagles, Natasha worked the game from end to end with undying determination, never letting up. She let the attack for her team all game resulting in a hattrick in their 4-1 win. Natasha is one the PCI Saints leading scorers with 10 points this season. Congratulations Natasha!

Hire Marketing Division 3: Jordyn Nepinak-Sargent, WKC Wolverines, Goalie #1

Jordyn had an exceptional week of outstanding play in two close games. On Thursday against the TCI Titans, Jordyn stopped 27 out of 29 shots in a right down to the wire 2-1 loss.  Then on Friday against the Westwood Warriors, Jordyn saved all 32 shots including a few for the highlight reel, securing a shut out and 2-0 win for the Wolverines. A great performance. Congratulations Jordyn!
