Division 1: Ireland Tymchak, Churchill Bulldogs, Forward #11

The Churchill Bulldogs had a very successful week and a major part of it was thanks to Ireland. On Tuesday the Bulldogs faced the Warren Wildcats where Ireland scored 2 goals and added an assist, including scoring the game winner with only 80 seconds left in OT to secure the Bulldogs a 4-3 win. The next day, the Bulldogs faced off against the Wildcats once again and once again Ireland was off to another great performance. She assisted the first goal to open the flood gates and scored another to help secure a 4-1 win for the Bulldogs. Congratulations Ireland!

Division 2 : Hayden Manness, Sanford Sabres, Forward #9

Hayden had a great week with 3 huge goals, playing a vital role in the Sanford Sabres two decisive wins. She started the week with a goal on Wednesday in the Sabres 5-0 win against the JH Bruns Broncos. On Friday, she came back ready to work even harder. She added another 2 goals to start her team off in a 5-0 win yet again, this time against the Westwood Warriors but was more than capable of adding several more. She displayed lots of speed and skill that generated many offensive chances for the Sabres this week. Congratulations Hayden!

Division 3: Nina Bowes, SJR Eagles, Forward #17

Nina was outstanding on Thursday when she propelled the SJR Eagles to a 1-0 win over the number one ranked Dakota Lancers in a thrilling barn burner. After nearly three scoreless periods, Nina managed to finally sneak one by the Lancers goaltender with only two minutes left in the third. She continues to lead her team in goals 18 goals in 18 games this year. She has also added 7 assists for 25 points which ties her for the team lead in points. Congratulations Nina!
